[#PETALSESBCONT-119] Incorrect error message when loading a new installer from an inexisting HTTP URL - Petals Link JIRA

Description:

Using the JMX API, when loading a new installer from an inexisting HTTP URL, we get an error about an inexisting file.

Please add a check against the HTTP response code and improve the error message with the HTTP response message.
