    Using the JMX API, when loading a new installer from an inexisting HTTP URL, we get an error about an inexisting file.

    Please add a check against the HTTP response code and improve the error message with the HTTP response message.

Description When loading a new installer from an inexisting HTTP URL, we get an error about an inexisting file.
