Putting it on the sides becomes a convention for web apps and looks like a great solution.
But if we want to display it somewhere else, which is easier for us, why not!
(In fact, should be very visible on webconsole since we want developer feedback first. And could be less visible on View and Master. But let's not bother and ask too many questions, and just give a first shot without spending lot of time)

Add a "Feedback" button in View GUI. It should be displayed on all pages, always visible, as an unobtrusive reminder.
