Impossible to reinstall a SA (preceded by a brutal undeploy)

    Steps to reproduce the bug:

    • Install the SCA SE.
    • Install a SCA SU.
    • Invoke it.
    • Undeploy the SA by removing it from the "installed" directory.
    • Reinstall the same SA.

    An exception occurs, indicating it could not install it.

This issue also occurs with a clean uninstall (e.g. from the Web console).
With the recent life cycle update (see PETALSSESCA-8), the error occurs while creating the Tinfi composite. It is an issue with the class loader (one or several JAR files are closed). It may be related to the ScaClassLoader#close(Logger) method.
