[#PETALSESBJUNIT-3] Add a log handler providing access to generated log traces - Petals Link JIRA

Description:

Add into the Petals JUnit Framework a JUnit Rule to manage a log handler to manage generated log traces.

This log handler will keep in memory all log traces received during the test. Next they can be accessed for any checking.
