Petals ESB Container

Add metrics about messages delivered by the NIO transporter:

• outgoing messages can be grouped by interface, service, endpoint, msg status, delivery status and remote container
• incoming messages can be grouped by delivery status, remote container
• the number of messages sent for which the transport is in progress, by remote container,
• the number of messages sent for which the transport succeeds, by remote container,
• the number of messages sent for which the transport fails, by remote container,
• the number of messages received for which the receipt is in progress, by remote container,
• the number of messages received for which the receipt succeeds, by remote container,
• and, the number of messages received for which the receipt fails, by remote container.
