The MIME "application / zip" check is too restrictive when deploying a JBI artefact

    When installing a remote component or SA from a HTTP URL (Archiva 1.3.1 for example), the MIME type returned can be "application / zip; charset = UTF-8" but Petals checks the exact match of MIME with "application / zip" and refuses to deploy invoking a invalid type: "org.objectweb.petals.PetalsException: The remote resource http://XXXX.zip is not a valid JBI archive: application / zip; charset = UTF-8 "
