Petals ESB does not restart when its host restarts

    When rebooting the host where Petals ESB is running as service, Petals ESB is not running after reboot. My Petals ESB container is running as service and declared in /etc/petals-esb/container-enable

Petals ESB does not restart because the directory /var/run/petals-esb is missing. On Ubuntu system, the directory /var/run is cleaned when booting. So the /var/run/petals-esb must be created when starting a Petals ESB container and not at installation time.
