Component installer can be unload even if the component is installed

    1. Install and start a component
    2. Using the JMX API, unload the component installer
      No error occurs but the component is always installed.
      It seems to me that an error should be thrown otherwise how to uninstall it ?

Fixed in trunk. Now we can't unload an installer if its component is installed.
