    In all 3.x PetalsESB releases, the WSDL description of the targeted service endpoint is transmitted at each request.

    See attached tcpdump capture (it can be imported in WireShark).

  • Environment:
    2 Petals ESB nodes, with a (soap) service provider on one side, and a consumer on the other side.
    Transporter tcp ports are 7800 & 7801

The correction is now backported on trunk (3.2-SNAPSHOT of Petals ESB).

You can see two capture files added (before-trunk.cap and after-trunk.cap as a proof
