[#PETALSESBCONT-103] Error about opening zip file when loading a new installer from an HTTP URL associated to an HTML page - Petals Link JIRA

Description:

When using the installation service to load a new installer from an URL pointing to an HTML page on a web server, we get an error about opening zip file.

Please, add a check for HTTP URL to check the mime type of the resource.
