Since the synchronization of the registry is an operation dedicated to the registry implementation (see ~~PETALSESBCONT-273~~), it should be moved into an extension of Petals CLI dedicated to the registry implementation. As the Petals ESB initial registry is no more the default registry implementation, this extension will not be packaged by default with Petals CLI.
