Since the synchronization of the registry is an operation dedicated to the registry implementation (see PETALSESBCONT-273), it should be moved into an extension of Petals CLI dedicated to the registry implementation. As the Petals ESB initial registry is no more the default registry implementation, this extension will not be packaged by default with Petals CLI.

As the initial registry has been replaced by a registry based on Hazelcast, it is not planned to create a dedicated extension. So, the command 'registry-sync' has been removed.
