The package debian is created by the Petals CLI's sub-projects 'petals-cli-cmd-monitoring-deb' and 'petals-cli-cmd-monitoring-mo-cacti-deb'.
As documentation and copyright are missing to match the Debian policy, the issue is stopped until the documentation and copyright are added.
