Legal: disable temporary licence downloading on Petals CI infrastructure

  • Description:

    Because of an HTTP error 403 occurring on Petals CI infrastructure downloading license text, disable temporary the license text downloading for SNAPSHOT artifacts until the problem will be fixed on Petals CI infra.

License download re-enabled with svn#45282. If needed use the property 'license-maven-plugin.skipDownloadLicenses' in your Maven settings to disable it.
