    JAX-RS is no more included in Java 11 runtime. So it should be added as dependencies.

    JAX-WS is now managed by Eclipse Foundation under the project Eclipse Enterprise for Java (EE4J) available in version 2.1.6 as:

    • jakarta.ws.rs:jakarta.ws.rs-api for the API
