Upgrade duplicate-finder-maven-plugin to 1.3.0

    Now, since Java 9, more and more 3PP JARS are available as multi-version archive, and an error occurs because they contain the resource 'module-info' that is not equal over all 3PP JARS.

    It's not an error, so the check should not fail.

    Upgrade to duplicate-finder-maven-plugin:1.3.0 that works fine in this case
