Add an automatic check about the copyright end date for "3-clause" BSD license files

  • Description:

    To avoid error in files 'LICENSE' of projects licensed with "3-clause" BSD license and containing the license definition, please add an automatic check of the copyright definition, as the source code file header check.

An automatic check has been added in trunk.

Not only a check about "3-clause" BSD license has been added but also for other licenses
