    Add an new method 'StepLogHelper.getMonitConsumeExtTimeoutTrace(...)' to improve the failure MONIT trace about timeout to identify clearly the invoked service operation and the flow step associated to service consumer

    Don't forget to add also the associated assertion 'Assert.assertMonitConsumerExtTimeoutLog(...)'
