    The SU Provides parameter cleanup-transport is meant to trigger a cleanup of the transport after a message has been sent to a SOAP webservice.

    But there is NEVER a good reason to set it to false because according to the documentation, the transport should ALWAYS be cleaned up after an interaction with a webservice.

    Hence, we simply need to always call it when needed and we should remove the option.
