    Deploy the attached SA in "Petals 4.0" (makes sure the BPEL SE 1.1.0 is already deployed).
    At deployment, you will see a lot of warnings.

    WARNING [com.ebmwebsourcing.easywsdl11.impl.TImportImpl] : No public id provided.

    After investigation, it is due to XML schema inclusions, which do not have public ID (this appears to be normal).
    This message should not be logged in this case. Or if it is logged, not as a WARNING.
