It's normal, you have not reason to want to do a refresh if no server isn't declared ... misuse

Sure, but the message should be different as "No configuration is set, please give me a Petals node".

Hum, no, it's normal, you have a simple reason to do a refresh : we don't know the current web console step, and under an old session, we'll click on. I've got another 'stupid' reason: you've got a big unical button.
I already have got this response from others issues: "you're not allowed to click here or here, because it's not interesting", and I think that a web developer have to ban this reflex. Any web page with any button WILL BE click on by someone a day. A web developer MUST disable this button or manage this click (doing nothing at the click often is the simple way..). It's a minor bug, low priority. It exists a lot of 'little' graphical bugs, as all the recent web pages. That's all

Every day I break my head so that the console is the best possible, ok the button is displayed, but a user guide is written in order to prevent these user behaviors ...

I will correct soon, with a non-display button either with a warning message.
