    If you install one service assembly like "my-sa-1.0V.zip" and you undeploy et redeploy a new version but with
    the same service assembly name "my-sa-1.0V.zip", the old service assembly is returned.

    This bug is due to a cache controlling linked to the used web server I think

I have perform a new mechanism for storage and getting uploaded files by HTTP

This bug is corrected for 2.0.4-SNAPSHOT and 2.1-SNAPSHOT version.

This problem is corrected in the current trunk snapshot version (2.1-SNAPSHOT), but I don't know the change that fixed the bug ... I will investigate this problem
