    The current wizards rely on Maven utilities and the Petals Maven plug-in.
    This must be changed:

    • Provide a better component wizard that generates code and the project structure.
    • Same thing for shared libraries.

    The creation must rely on templates.
    Maven resolution must be made externally (e.g. either manually, by opening a command line interface, or by using tools like m2Eclipse).

    Remove useless Maven utilities too.
