When we right-click a Java project in the Petals projects view, there is no menu to edit the build path.
We have to go in the properties > build path. Few people know this alternative solution. A shortcut is better.

Solution: add a command in *.common to open a property page of a project.
Then, create a menu in the *.services plug-in to open the "Build path" property page of the selected project.
