Hello,

This component is not placeholder reloading.
This behavior is lacking and requires a complete redeployment of it.

Attached is a patch, based on the trunk, allowing reloading of placeholder.

The patch can be backported on a "legacy" version compatible with petals 5.2 (the corresponding branch does not exist I cannot patch for it, but the class has not changed, it is very simple).
