Add BPMN parse handlers to the Flowable engine used by Junit framework as the ones used by the Flowable engine of SE Flowable.

The SE Flowable engine forces to use async flag on service-task and call-activity through BPMN post-parse handlers . The JUnit Framework must have the same processing. Please add them also.
