In Petals 4.3.x, the CDK does not support sendAsync as a provider (see ~~PETALSCDK-145~~, not fixed for Petasl 4.3.x).

This results in warning being logged because of sendAsync timeouts and unexpected DONE message in the JBI Listener.

Thus, instead of using sendAsync, in the SE Camel 0.5.x, we should lower our expectations and:

use send()

not complain about DONE messages arriving on the JBI Listener
