When component/Sa/SLs are in an inconsistent state (unknown) and cannot be forced to be uninstalled, it can be interesting to have a method to the petals-admin that permit to remove from the JBI repository these 'zombies' elements.
Thus, the good old trick to remove the from the directory "repertory' some files (system-state.xml...) won't be necessary.
