After uninstall components do not expose anymore their custom configuration MBean on loadInstaller

    Using jconsole or cockpit:

    • deploy a component without installing it (loaded state): its custom mbean is present
    • install it (shutdown state): its custom mbean is removed, and its runtime mbean is present
    • uninstall it (loaded state): the custom mbean is not re-exposed (as expected by JBI spec)
    • load its installer again (still loaded state): the custom mbean is no re-exposed, this is unexpected!
