    SA service connections describe mapping between some of the SA's SU Consumes and activated endpoints in the ESB.

    SU Consumes link-type restricts the use of service connections.

    • The NMR should use service connections to resolve endpoints, but only for the SUs of the SA.
    • The NMR should ensure the link-type of the SU Consumes is enforced.

    The first point means that this can simply be implemented simply at a node level and does not need to go into the SharedArea.
