    Currently, the implementation of ComponentContext.resolveEndpointReference calls the other ESB components method Component.resolveEndpointReference(DocumentFragment) to resolve the endponit reference (and it does it incorrectly, see PETALSESBCONT-378).
    But it should also first resolve NMR generated endpoints that are using the JBI EPR vocabulary as explained in the JBI specification.

    If it can't resolve the endpoint reference, then it should delegate to other component's implementations.
