    Following PETALSESBCONT-330, when sending synchronously an exchange and it times out, the container should not return ownership to the sender.

    This is justified by these reasons:

    • The provider may still be manipulating the exchange, he doesn't know about the timeout (and shouldn't have to).
    • The consumer cannot re-send the exchange after that, so he doesn't need ownership.
