Following ~~EASYWSDL-22~~ and ~~EASYWSDL-21~~, it would be better to simply use these in the code instead of reinventing the wheel.

Note that EasyWSDL provides more MEP than those covered by JBI, but the current code already check for the validity of the choice of MEPs.
