    In order to avoid duplicate code, it is needed to refactor the classes in petals-jbi-descriptor.

    Also some code to load JBI descriptor from archives and folder will be added, relying on the fact that the JBI files are normally stored in META-INF/jbi.xml.

    This will also be used after to improve the code of petals-cdk-jbidescriptor.
