[#PETALSESBCONT-314] The version of shared libraries used should be required by JBI components - Petals Link JIRA

Description:

To avoid misunderstood about the version of the shared library selected when it is not set in the JBI descriptor of a JBI component, the version of the shared library is required in the JBI descriptor of JBI components to install them.
