'ServiceAssemblyLifeCycle' should be referenced inside the 'ContainerService' instead of the 'AdminService'

    Nowadays, 'ServiceAssemblyLifeCycle' are referenced inside the 'AdminService'. Moreover, since PETALSESBCONT-288, no component of the composite 'Container' should be referenced by an external component.

    It is better to bind them to the ContainerService as an interface collection.

'ServiceAssemblyLifeCycle' are now referenced in 'ContainerService'. Done in trunk.
But no Fractal binding has been used because it does not work. An error occurs when removing the binding. It's strange, because for 'Installer' that works fine. Perhaps a bug in Fractal

That last point has been fixed in r36899 following the resolution of PETALSESBCONT-318.
