'Installer' should be referenced inside the 'ContainerService' instead of the 'AdminService'

    Nowadays, 'Installers' are referenced inside the 'AdminService'. Moreover, since PETALSESBCONT-288, no component of the composite 'Container' should be referenced by an external component.

    It is better to bind them to the ContainerService as an interface collection.
