    If:
    1) I move the file topology.xml from PETALS_HOME/conf to PETALS_HOME,
    2) I configure in the file server.properties the parameter 'petals.topology.url' to 'file:///PETALS_HOME/topology.xml'

    I get the following erreur when launching Petals:
