[#PETALSESBCONT-245] The component 'LoggingService' should be a subcomponent of the composite 'System' - Petals Link JIRA

Description:

The component 'LoggingService' should be a subcomponent of the composite 'System' instead of 'JBI-Management'.

Moreover the server interface 'loggingService' of the composite 'JBI-Management' is not used, so it can be removed.
