Since ~~PETALSESBCONT-215~~, the local configuration of a container is defined in a ressource located through an URL. But the default value of the topology configuration file is always $PETALS_HOME/conf/topology.xml. The default value should be relative to the resource containing the local configuration, example:

if the local configuration is defined in http://server:port/path/server.properties, the default value of the topology is http://server:port/path/topology.xml

if the local configuration is defined in file:///etc/petals/container-enable/cont-0/server.properties, the default value of the topology is http://file:///etc/petals/container-enable/cont-0/topology.xml
