    1. Install a component using the autloader,
    2. Uninstall it,
    3. Re-install it --> Error: "Component already registered"


    This problem does not occur on previous version of Petals ESB

This problem occurs only on Windows. No problem if Petals ESB is running on Linux Ubuntu
