    1 - Start a clean Petals ESB node
    2 - Install a component in which a library is missing to create a ClassNotFoundException
    --> Error during installation, OK
    3 - Install the corrected component
    --> Install successfull
    4 - Stop Petals ESB node
    5 - Restart Petals ESB node
    --> An error occurs about recovering the component installed at step 2
