    Running Petals CLI with Cygwin, I get the following error:

    $ ./petals-cli.sh  --help
cygpath: cannot create short name of C
./petals-cli.sh: line 48: exec: : not found

Since version 2.1.0, we are not able to run Petals CLI under a Cigwin environment
