[#PETALSESBCLI-40] The command 'list' does not return components that have only their installer loaded - Petals Link JIRA

Description:
1. Using the JVisualVM, load a component installer
2. Using Petals CLI, use the command 'list' to get installed artifacts. The previous component is not returned.
Please take into account component that have only their component installer loaded.
