Improve the command 'deploy' to be able to configure directly placeholders:
> ./petals-cli.sh -c -- deploy -u <artifact-file> [ -p (--placeholders-file) <placeholders-file-url> ]
> ./petals-cli.sh -c -- deploy -u <artifact-file> [ -P (--placeholders) <key1>=<value1>,<key2>=<value2> ]
The -P parameter works like the existing -D parameter.
