Description The method actually used to detect host IP when serving artifacts detects (at least in manual test cases) the loopback ip (127.0.0.1).

If it is possible, it should try to find other IPs, see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/30419386/how-can-i-get-my-lan-ip-address-using-java
