Upgrade to petals-admin 2.0.0

    Petals Admin has been reimplemented without static singleton (see PETALSESBCONT-441).

    This implies rewriting some aspects of petals-cli and extensions to rely on it.

    This will break the APIs provided by petals-cli to write extensions (note that petals-cli should really be called petals-cli-base-api: petals-cli provides its APIs directly except for monitoring).

    We should thus change version as following:

    • petals-cli 2.3.1 -> 3.0.0
    • petals-cli-bc-gateway 1.0.1 -> 2.0.0
    • petals-cli-bc-sftp 1.0.3 -> 1.0.4 (it does not use any of the changed API)
    • petals-cli-cmd-monitoring-* 1.0.x -> 2.0.0
