[#PETALSDISTRIB-66] Support dynamic topology - Petals Link JIRA

Description:
To be more scalable, Petals ESB should support a dynamic topology where:
1. a container can be move from a sub-domain to another one,
2. a container can be added to an existing sub-domain,
3. a container can be removed from a existing sub-domain.
