[#PETALSDISTRIB-473] Add JAF to the bootstrap classloader - Petals Link JIRA

Description:
To reduce the memory and disk footprint, add JavaBeans Activation Framework to the Petals ESB container bootstrap classloader. Following Maven GAV of JAF will be added:
- com.sun.activation:jakarta.activation
